I was extremely hesitant to buy a Chromebook because I wasn't familiar with the Chrome operating system. I researched diligently and then decided I would take a risk and purchase one. I have a laptop but it is big and bulky. I only use it at home while I use a desktop at my office. I am an attorney and I go to court on a daily basis. I needed something that I could type in the judge's orders quickly. I travel from one courtroom to another constantly all day. I also needed something that was lightweight and quick to boot up. I had tried using my Samsung Galaxy tablet but it really didn't work for me. I didn't like having to connect a keyboard and I don't type quick enough with the virtual keyboard. I guess I am old school and need a regular keyboard. My laptop was too big and heavy. I work for a nonprofit agency and couldn't afford a new laptop. So, I purchased the Samsung Chromebook 2. I absolutely love it.

First, it is so lightweight and sleek. I can carry it in my briefcase or my handbag with ease. It is also so quiet. With no fan necessary, it makes no sound other than when I am typing. The keyboard is fantastic. Just like a regular laptop keyboard. It has a good feel and is extremely easy for me to type on. I work on a floor in the courthouse that has WiFi access so I connect it when I arrive. Very easy. I type my notes on Google Documents and don't even have to push a button to save what I am typing. It saves everything automatically. I can just close chromebook and move quickly to my next case, open it back up and begin typing again either in a new document or the same one. I can check my emails and open any attachments. I had worried about not having a Microsoft system but I haven't missed it at all. You can download compatible apps that easily open up all of your attachments. When I need to quickly look up something on the internet, this thing is way faster than my laptop or my desktop.



I use it at home constantly also. I keep it on the coffee table and can look up anything I need to in a flash. My kids adore using it too and have downloaded some games but mainly they use it to access Netflix and Youtube. This is a great alternative if you have limited funds and need something lightweight and fast. I love it.

Nexus 6

I've owned just about every Nexus device since the Nexus One, with the exception of the Nexus 5. This is by far my favorite Nexus phone since the Nexus One.

People say this phone is large, too large for some people. To be honest I was a bit afraid of this. But after a couple months of use I have had no problems. In fact, I don't think I could go back to a smaller device. This phone has not only replaced my Nexus 4 but also my 2012 Nexus 7 tablet.

The display on this phone is amazing. It may not have the ppi of the very best samsung display but it is so good you cant tell the difference. And what is important is the size. Perfect for watching movies, playing games, and browsing the web. You definitely don't have to squint to use this phone.

The build quality of the device is great. It takes the best parts of the Moto X design (one of my favorites) and incorporates it into the phone with a metal frame. I've dropped it a couple times and dont have a scratch. Only downside is the phone is a bit heavy but really adds to its solid feel.

Battery life is great, much better than my Nexus 4. One feature I love is the motorola rapid charger that comes with the device, you can give it a really quick boost in a matter of minutes, which will give the phone hours of extra usage time.

Of course the real reason you buy this phone is that it's a Nexus device. That means it gets the latest and greatest version of Android from Google before every other phone. Google also updates these far into the future. It keeps the phone feeling new and fresh long after other phones would normally feel old and dated. Stock Android is the way Android is meant to be and boy is Lollipop love

The iPhone 6 - a real step forward for Apple and a phone that's a real joy to use, hold and feel. It's got all the same ingredients that make iPhones special: while it doesn't excel in any given part of the smartphone recipe, it just works, promoting simplicity over fiddly menus..
The camera has a lower megapixel count than others, but it's fast, bright and easy to use. The screen is too low-res compared to the phones around it, but pops and fizzes with colour and brightness. And that design - we have to keep coming back to it as it feels beautiful in the hand.

The sticking point is it's still one of the most expensive phones on the market, and spec-fiends will note it's not quite got the technology inside to truly back up the cost.
But don't let that put you off: if you're in the market for a handset from Apple, or just been tempted by one in the past: buy the iPhone 6. It's excellent, a pure joy to use.

While last year's Galaxy S5 was nothing special, this year Samsung's started from the ground up to make a truly wonderful smartphone.

The camera is superb, the audio and video quality brilliant and the QHD display crammed into the 5.1-inch screen is the sharpest on the market - although it does suck down the battery rather a lot.
The design is finally something we're pleased to hold in our hand, rather than the plastic cheapness of last year, and the refined TouchWiz overlay is a lot nicer to use.
It's pretty expensive mind, so make sure you're after a truly A-grade experience before buying as you'll be paying handsomely for it - but if you do take the plunge, you've got the best phone on the market.

Just as expected. Very pleased with 128GB; plenty of space for photos and books.

The iPad 2 is fantastic once you go throug the whole set up and input all your passwords. The screen quality is better than HD! 

Good quality , Fast , screen is awesome

Another pretty purple thingy .....good value for price..so far, it's done it's job..but it is lightweight ..so I like its portability...not as much protection as one might need depending on lifestyle & clumsiness

It's an Apple tablet. It is perfect in every possible sense. I absolutely love it.

Sony PlayStation 4

Since i was young I loved gaming, not to the extent of others I know, but still to a great degree. This being said,i have had the privilege to own many of the consoles that have graced us with their epic variety of entertainment. Recently,i have purchased the new and improved PS4. The consoles exterior is astonishing, surpassing all expectations. The controller is intuitive and responsive, making vast improvements from Sony's previous controller design. The interface was also improved and has gain a nice flow. The speed in which you switch between apps is lightning fast and has very few errors. Overall this console is a highly efficient gaming console. It is not bogged down with unneeded and useless application and is made for peak efficiency. The graphics are awe inspiring and surpas expectations. Coming from a college student who is a little more aware than most in their generation i find this console worth every penny.

iPhone 6, 128 GB

Pros: Fast, gorgeous, great size

Cons: A little too thin, battery life could be better, easy to damage

I am an original iPhone adopter; I had the iPhone 1, 3G, 3GS, and 4. After the 4 (which I loved) I decided to run with Android for a bit. I owned a Motorola Atrix, Nexus 4, and Galaxy Note 3 (and tried a Galaxy S4 and S5 for a while). Of all my Android phones I loved the Galaxy Note 3 the best. It was fast, sleek, great battery life, and very open.

That said, I was very interested to try out a larger iPhone. I felt the 5.5" Note 3 was a bit too big so I opted for the regular 4.7" iPhone 6. It feels truly fantastic. The aluminum body feels sleek and is like a throwback to the original iPhone design. I do feel it's a bit too thin though. I'm not even concerned about bending, I just feel like it will be easy to drop, so I'm going to be sure to get a case that adds some bulk to it. It also does get a bit warm after extended use, but your battery life will be a bigger concern at that point.

Battery is good, but I wish it was a little better. With normal usage I end the day at about 35%; if I forgot to charge at night I'd probably have about 25% remaining. Maybe that will improve as I stop using it so much, but for now it's decent. I don't think I have to worry about not getting through an entire day.

I do not love that the camera bulges, but it is something I lived with on my Note 3 and after my case arrives it will be flush anyway. The camera quality, though, is quite impressive. The pictures it takes are about the same quality as the best pictures I could get with my Note 3, but it takes great pictures much more easily. The slow-motion 240fps video is also an insanely awesome feature.

The screen is nice; the colors are vivid without being overly saturated. I see a bit of backlight bleed when it's completely black, but it's not too bad. At first I was disappointed that it wouldn't have a full HD displayed, but I can't really see a difference in quality between my 1080P 5.5" Note 3 screen so I'm happy with it.
